Before designing Maple Grove, we set out to determine the most important considerations RV enthusiasts look for in RV Sites. As a result of this research we determined the following to be key ingredients. All of which have been designed into Maple Grove.
- Clean concrete parking pads to accommodate up to 45' RV's & Fifth Wheel's.
- Spacious, well landscaped sites providing privacy and character.
- Asphalt driveways to access sites throughout the Park.
- Ample room for triple slide-outs and awnings.
- Variety of utilities including 20, 30 & 50 amp power, cable TV and telephone.
- Enhanced outdoor living including paved patios and lighting.
- Designated and spacious car parking within each site.
- Easy maneuvering through the park, including pull-through style sites.
- Quiet residential setting yet close to major roads and Interstate highways.
- High level of security.
Depending on the size of your RV and the amount of space you require, we have three site configurations to choose from. The following is a description and features of each design, their dimension, and an overhead illustration.
Pull Through Site
Site measures 55' long x 22'6" wide, it can accommodate the largest RV or Fifth Wheel. The vehicle shown in the illustration below is a 40' RV with triple slide outs. The 12' wide parking pad provides ample room on each side for the largest slide-outs and awnings. The concrete surface of the pad also provides a solid base for your vehicle's onboard leveling system. Each site is landscaped on both sides and some sites have 8' x 8' stamped concrete patios. The car parking space is 8' wide and 20' deep. Full hook-up includes 20, 30 & 50 amp power, AT&T cable TV, telephone, water and sewer.
Perimeter Site
Our perimeter sites incorporate many of the features of our pull-through sites except they are a back-in design. Measuring 40' deep x 22'6" wide, most can accommodate up to a 40' RV or Fifth Wheel. The vehicle shown in the illustration below is a 40' RV with triple slide outs. The 12' wide parking pad is level and provides ample room on each side for the largest slide-outs and awnings. The concrete surface of the pad also provides a solid base for your vehicle's onboard leveling system. All of our perimeter sites feature 8' x 8' paved patios and lush landscaping on all sides. The car parking space is 8' wide and 20' deep. Full hook-up includes 20, 30 & 50 amp power, AT&T cable TV, telephone, water and sewer.
Split Site
Ideal for small to mid-sized RV's, Fifth Wheels and Trailers, our medium split site can accommodate vehicles up to 27' in length. They measure 27' deep x 22'6" wide. The vehicle shown in the illustration below is a 26' Fifth Wheel with a single slide out. The 12' wide parking pad provides ample room on each side for slide-outs and awnings. The concrete surface of the pad also provides a solid base for your vehicle's onboard leveling system, should it be required. The car parking space is 8' wide and 18' deep, leaving space for an 8' x 8' concrete patio. Full hook-up includes 20 & 30 amp power, AT&T cable TV, telephone, water and sewer.
